PORTRAYED ECOSYSTEM NO.1

Portrayed Ecosystem NO.1 is one of the latest art concepts by artist Jasper Udink ten Cate.

Inspired by the beauty of nature all around the world, he started to create portraits of ecosystems. Close ups of plants he finds in gardens and biodiverse landscapes anywhere. The portraits are printed and showcased as an immersive portrait. This new installation is also used for a unique food performance that tells the story about biodiversity in the Netherlands. It allows attendees to actually ‘step into these Dutch Ecosystems’ in an Art setting.
