For the company Matter Of Stuff i was a tutor in Food Design for their Design residency in Montalcino.

MOS works with universities to facilitate the relationship between design students and the manufacturing world in order to extend their hands-on craft skills, instill a value for natural resources and engender a belief in designing “better”. 

16 Students from Camberwell College of Art spend a week between Montalcino and Carrara. The workshop focus was on marble waste use to create an object of tableware comissioned by Matter of Stuff.

Students had the chance to visit Carrara Marble Quarries, understand all the machinery involved in marble production, learn how to work with a manufacturing company, have lectures by professionals explaining their experiences in working with marble and design a product with experts guidelines.
